I’m Ralitsa, founder of RW Sales (formerly Recreational Work), and I’ve spent the past decade in Sales—not just hitting targets, but leading conversations, earning the trust of industry giants, and closing deals that moved markets. As my company’s name suggests, Sales for me has always been more than a profession—it’s a creative outlet and a genuine passion rooted in connecting with people and solving real-world problems – truly recreational.

I was educated in Switzerland and London, where I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees. That international foundation taught me how to read a room, adapt quickly, and speak the language of business with fluency and confidence.
Today, through RW Sales, I help companies build sales teams that are sharp, agile, and ready to lead. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all training. I believe in equipping people with the mindset and skills to actually win consistently and with integrity.
