Sales Foundations & Pipeline Psychology (Becoming Sharks)
- We will start by shifting the team’s mindset: sales is a mission, not a job.
- I will teach your team how to structure a pipeline that works for your business, manage their time like top closers, and stay resilient through rejection.
- By the end of the first section, they will understand the fundamentals of Sales, speak the language and mimic the mindset of a top closer.
In-House Lead Generation Training
- Your team will learn to identify ideal clients, extract GDPR-compliant data, and build a self-sufficient lead gen system using tools that fit your industry.
- No need for external providers — your reps will own the process.
Sales Communication & Soft Skills
- From first outreach to relationship building, your team will learn how to communicate with confidence — on email, LinkedIn, and live calls.
- I will provide tailored email templates for their sequence, adapted to your client needs, Meddicc call questions and psychological techniques for real conversations.
- Once done with this part of their training, they will be able to hold complex meetings and create their own sequences that yield results. In RW Sales, we do not believe in outdated techniques like call scripts. Your team needs to be able to handle calls and have real conversations if they want to thrive in today’s market and reach their target.
CRM & Sales Systems
- We’ll structure your pipeline, build automated sequences inside your CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), create opportunities, manage deal flow, and teach your reps how to leave meaningful notes for internal handovers.

Tech Fluency for Sales Reps
- Your team will understand the basics of your industry’s tech — AI, SaaS, fintech, or software — and how to speak your client’s language.
- Includes Q&A sessions with your dev team and quick assessments to ensure comprehension.
Live Simulation Phase
- Reps will send cold emails and jump on real calls.
- They’ll receive honest feedback that mimics real objections — without the pressure of performing in front of the team.
